Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective September 12, 2026.

Can I get a refund on wallet credit?

Wallet credit is prepaid service credit, not withdrawable cash. Contact support promptly about a duplicate or incorrectly credited payment. Eligibility depends on payment evidence, consumed usage, and applicable law.

Model Packages

A Model Package is tied to the model, value allowance, and expiry shown before purchase. A completed purchase cannot be cancelled after its allowance has been used. Expired unused value is not automatically moved to the wallet.

Failed requests and disputes

Failed or unconfirmed requests release reserved value when settlement records confirm no charge. For a billing dispute, send the request or payment ID to support@meldport.com.
